Audi A4 TRIPTRONIC SHIFT,ABS & ESP PROBLEMS

I got these codes from a computer diagnostic scan,can somebody please help,it has 121 kms milage and timing belt not yet replaced,it is shaky and when selecting gears,there is a red colour fashing on all gears instead of D or R,the car takes long to give power when taking off and when braking the rev counter goes up,It is not changing gears when accelerating.It when making a jerking noise when reversing and sometimes starting from a stand still position.On the shift the mechanic told me i need a new gearbox but i have heard of Solenoid replacement

As far as the flashing gear lights, yes, that means you have an issue which is made obvious by the way the car drives. Codes indicate it is in fact the slenoid. Is your mechanic an Audi mechanic? If not, find a reputable Audi mechanic to determine if all you need is the solenoid / if it can be replaced by itself. My guess is the latter, but I have a manual and no experience with a tip. Maybe some others have experience?
As far as you other codes, looks like your fan module is bad as well (is it overheating?) and the brake sensor (driving your ESP / ABS lights). The Audi guy will help with that as well.
edit: the thread titled gear indicator flashing indicates the solenoid can be replaced without doing the whole gearbox.

Oh, and you should plan on doing or getting your timing belt done soon. You are pushing the life of the belt which will result in a costly head repair if it breaks.
