Audi Zone Reps
What power do Audi Zone Reps have??? A few weeks ago I had a post about my car having a mismatched color door. It has been determined that the door was sprayed over somewhere either at the factory/port or at the dealership. The problem is that AOA says they don't have any record of their being any paint work done niether does the dealership. So I have scheduled a meeting with the Zone rep to plead my case. Any experience?

They have the authority to decide what to do with your car.
The dealership can only make certain moves and know they will be compensated by AoA. Sometimes the dealership needs more diagnostic firepower. It's like going to your family doctor ( dealer ) and then getting a referal to a specialist. In the case of buy-backs, they refer you to higher levels, but pretty much everything else is in their hands.
