Audio question...Help

Audio question...Help
I just purchased a 02 A4, it has the Audi Symphony (I can't spell..sorry) system. How would I hook up an amp and sub to this system, my main consern is where do I hook the remote wire to?? My 99 had the Bose system with the factory amp and I just spliced that remote wire to the other amp. But if the new system doesn't have a factory amp how can I get a remote wire to work?? TIA.

You can tap into any ignition line.....You're looking for a power line that goes high when the car
is on and goes low when the car is off, right?
The radio should have one, and if it doesn't just tap into a wire behind the fuse box. There are plenty. I think I ended up taping into the sunroof power line when I did my custom Sirius install.
