I eyeballed it and it looks fine. Also, if you have a torque spec on the latch pin, I'd appreciate it. Since it holds the seatback in place and I drive my kids around, I'd like to make sure that part is secure.

The latch pin lock nut torque is 55 Nm.
Pin alignment is correct when the latch opens and closes smoothly, and without any free play with the latch pin in the latch. Also, the length of the latch pin should be as long as possible, but just clearing the latch pin slot on the end of the pin, by about 2mm, or 3/32".
The latch status indicator MUST NOT show red with the seat back in the upright position.
