Default Replacing the amp in the non-Bose system will only affect your rear speakers (more)
The non-Bose system runs the front speakers off the head unit, so you'd need to have those speakers run to the rear in order to have an aftermarket amp drive them.

In the Bose system, front and rears are run off the amp in the back.

Default HEY woof..does that mean a simple change out of the stock...
amp in the bose system will give this system a little more kick?

Default One of the audio guys would know that better - however, I don't know if anyone has found the (more)
wiring diagram for the rear amp. The ones for the head unit connectors are in the Bentley CD, but not for the amp.

WP, the pinouts for the rear amp are in Wiring Diagram 23/5. Nicht wahr?
