Looks great. I'm about to do the same. I've been told I'm gonna need to put in some spacers, if so, need longer lugs? Am I gettin pushed around for a few extra bucks with just a 5mm spacer?

Default Very possible...

What wheels do you have?

I put 8mm spacers on my RS4 reps to get the clearance. I could have filed down the caliper, or put in slightly used pads (floating caliper) but I just went with the spacers...

I had to use 5mm spacers on my ultrasport because I added new pads and rotors. I have read/heard that ppl who have put used b5 s4 pads and rotors do not have to add spacers(depending on wear of course). It all depends on your wheel offset. Def do the research before!

Default If you get 5mm spacers you also need longer lugs for sure

I put 10mm spacers on my stock 18" RS4 wheels to clear my S4 calipers. Needed longer lugs as well. Car looks better with the 20mm wider track though, did front and back. No vibration either.

Default Looks great....

are those the zimmerman x-drilled & slotted? What pads did you select?

Probably old news to you...but don't forget to bed the pads properly, especially if they are higher performance pads.

ECS Tuning slotted & cross-drilled. The guys at ECS Tuning are great.

I purchased PBR Metal Masters and have had very low dust with good bite. I wanted something with really low dust(compared to the stock rears) and the PBR's are perfect. I have certainly been following the bedding instructions and continue to baby them for another 200-300 miles. Then I can really see how they perform!
