B6 S4 vs B6 A4 suspension Q

If the B6 S4(with 18's) and A4 Ultrasport(with 18's) suspension are the same as everyone says, doesn't the A4 Ultra handle better as it is much lighter?

there's a post that i'm too lazy too search for that compares part numbers and they are more or less

the same.

maybe i'll try to track it down tomorrow
