Default Unless they make the B8 styling a LOT better it's bye bye Audi....

when my lease is up. Last feb I had to go on a massive hunt for my B6 USP. All the salesman were like hey we have a B7 and I would turn them down. Yea it may have a better engine, but it looks like ****. I'm not big on the front end and the tails seriously look like a civic. IMO Audi really dropped the ball on the styling on the B7. Let's hope they pick it up with the B8.

I'd buy a B7 for the engine only. The B6 has the beautiful body style

Default the B7 is growing on me style-wise. but i still and probably will always think the B6 looks better.

haven't had the chance to experience the 2.0t. the question i ask myself, is "would i trade my current car for this new one?" my answer is not a chance. the B7 isn't enough to justify that IMO, even with a better engine.

B6 til i die....or at least until the car dies. haha

Default Styling is your decision, but for everything else, B7 hands down.

I used to own a 2002 and the B7 just rocks. So many little extra goodies and updates. And the 2.0 just kicks *** compared to the 1.8t. Makes it a whole different car.

Default B6 had a better looking tail IMO. Other than that, I prefer B7 styling.

Body really needed the new accent crease, and the B6 front was too reminiscent of the B5.

The chiseled sides on the B6 are actually a little boring.

Don't sweat it, not true. Do you really think that Audi, in today's performance numbers are everything market, would incorrectly under claim 2.0 HP from 225 to 200? It would be nothing short of ridiculous!

In Audi lit, it's actually 197, and rounding to the 200 number.

Default claiming 225 would cut into sales of the 3.2. Don't ya think? It's been posted and proven over and..

over on the B7 and A3 forums.

Default Depends on what you are after in a car...

Performance wise: B7 hands down. The FSI engine is simply more superior. Mind you, B6 engine isn't that bad (still good but not as advance as B7).

Style wise: IMHO, I think B6 looks nicer than B7. The front and rear styling of the B6 was designed at the time as the body was created. The lines flow better (if you know what I mean) On the other hand, B7 front and rear styling does not suit/compliment the body of the car. They have to use the new Audi styling on the car.
