Default Re: wonder if the dealer will replace if we complain enough.

I was just thinking the same thing. Any suggestions for the best way to complain is? i.e. What is the specific improvement with the new arms?

Default it pisses me off that they start moving before the washer fluid is on the windshield...

i also have a large scratch from the wipers makes me even more mad...

Default Our windshield sprayers also SUCK nig time...

not only do they spray into the wipers on the down stroke, they freeze up when temp is in the teens.

Default Yep. Moving blades on a dry windshield is not good. RainX and wiper wipes may help...

alittle (minimize the friction) for you & I during that 1st second of wiper movement.

Default Well, for one, my wipers have never provided a clean sweep of the windshield.

It doesn't snow here, but in the rain, they're only OK. I always get streaks, especially when using the washer. The RX330's wipers, for comparison, are EXCELLENT. Amazing. They sweep everything in one...err...sweep. And, the passenger wiper even does this neat-o swively motion thing so that it doesnt go off the top of the windshield.

Default Yeah, I seen that too on the RX330's. That's pretty slick...The sweep on that car...

almost covers the whole windshield.

That's a good example of good wiper design w/ intelligent control. I guess that means wipers w/ VVTi. ha.

Default Best thing is to email AoA about the wipers like many of here have done.

I received a call from them and complained about th4 wipers, and also complained about the super soft windshield scratching.

The squeaky wheel gets the oil....
