I have searched and searched on this site, google, and other places but can't find an answer.
Im going to purchase a infinity basslink powered sub for my 2003 a4 1.8t with the symphony non-bose system.
How do i get my connection.. I want to tap where the stock sub is but im not quite sure where or how. Do i use a "line output converter" or a "hi-low level converter? Could I tap the two wires going into the stock sub and get a low level signal?
If anyone has done a sub install on the non-bose b6.. help would be greatly appreciated.

yes you can just use the factory sub wires. Disconnect the factory sub while you are at it. The amp is located in the rear passenger side. PM me if you want the factory amplifier wireing diagram but the easiest thing would be to use the factory sub wires. That basslink comes with speaker and line-level inputs.
