Battery Draining Brake Lights...???
Good morning. I have a 2004 A4 1.8T Quattro with a strange problem. Several times over the past week I've walked in to the garage and found the brake lights on! Twice now it has drained the battery overnight. Any ideas on what to check? I'm puzzled... Thanks!

Re: Check brake light switch at pedal, also the "central electric control module" may be defective.
Yes, sounds exactly like a brake light switch. It may also have a fault in the ABS (03) module. Very unlikely the control module is bad.
