Default BBS CH Redux...

I had originally posted that my wheels were 18 x 8.5 with 35 offset. They are ACTUALLY 43 offset (these are off a 2006 S4). So my question is did I need spacers and what size to get. The guy I bought them off provided 8mm spacers from H & R. Is this a good setup for my B6?

Sorry to ask again!

Default Please see my previous post....

You want 8mm in the front and 13mm in the back. ECS sells 12.5mm which is close enough. I think the closest H&R comes is 12mm, but you might want to check around.

Clicky

Default Note that this wheel is 8" not 8.5". Your recommendations are spot on for 8.5" wheel.

Assuming he runs 235 rubber.

Yes you are correct. 235 size tires. So what should the spacers be?

He corrected the offset in his post, but not the width. How was I supposed to know?

Default Got it. I have those wheels, and I use 10mm spacers F&R, and have tried....

15mm spacers in the rear which filled it out a little better.

I went back to the 10mm F&R since I wasn't crazy about the rear wheel being farther out than the front. I prefer it to look even.
