Default Been driving without the Sprint Booster for 2 days now...my thoughts inside.

Now I know what Alfonso (QuattroFan02) was talking about with the K04 and SB together. After I took out the SB, the car *felt* slower because the immediate throttle response wasn't there anymore.

Before, with the SB, I could tap on the throttle and it would go. Now, I have to push down a lot more to get the car to move/respond. I'm still not use to that since I've had the SB for a while now and it only required little throttle application. However, the car is much more smoother in terms of the acceleration. It's more gradual than "jerky". With the SB, my head would always be flying back into the head rest when accelerating. Now it's more "civilized".

Still deciding whether I like it with or without the SB. I'll probably throw the SB back in a few days and see if I can work on smoothing out the acceleration. If not, there may be a SB for sale

You can try a throttle adaptation to scale it back a bit. Lemmiwinks I think, Ch.12

Default Thanks. The tuning shop did a TBA after the flash was completed.

Maybe I'll try to do another.

Default But this is through another software, not Vag-Com, I have the program at home, don't remember the

name, I'll try to get you the name of it later.

Default Ahh. I didn't realize that a TBA through Vag-Com is different than Lemmiwinks.

Let me know what program it is when you find out. I have another program I used previously, I think it's called Bosch ME7 or something like that. Is that what you were thinking of?

Default Ahh, yes, that one. Cool, I'll download it and give it a shot.

You did this with the SB installed, right?

Another option would be to try a SB that's meant for the auto tranny. It's milder.

Default Hmmm, not a bad idea. I mean, I can live without it but if I can tweak the one I have

it'd be cool. Just gotta get use to the throttle if I get rid of it.

Default Yes, and only play with Ch.12, you can start with 85% for example and work your way up

to see how the throtle feels.
