i bought my car in hudson valley volvo/palisades audi..... i wasn't going to drive from kearny to nanuet all the time so i started going to bell for service. i have been there tons of times and Jamie has always been 110% with me. he always tries to get me an Audi loaner and always calls like he says he will. I never dealt with Richard, and as long as Jamie is there i will deal with him. As far as the car's problems, its the fault of the bastartd at Hudson Valley Volvo, charlie hernandez that sold it to me.....
