Best place(best price) to order Magnaflow 16601 system?
Does anyone happen to know what would be a good place to start looking for Magnaflow 16601 system for my '02 1.8TQM. The best price I found was 800$.
I searched and found very little as just a few guys are running it. Also if someone has it, wondering how happy are you with it.

I bought my 16601 last year through Hottexhaust.com and used online coupon code which was going around Audizine MB, plus free shipping it, was way under $800. to good $ to pass up. Check around -

How do you like it? Not many are running it, so not that many reviews. How is the fit, how far do tips stick out(I have non usp bumper), any drone. Thanks for the coupon advice. I will look for it. I am about two months away from ordering( saving money). How much was the install.

Very Pleased with the Magnaflow after a year, the
Sound is perfect for me. Very deep intoxicating sound especially off rev's but not obnoxious or ricey. In cabin it's louder (especially under load) but it's a good sound not too high pitch. Had a IV Jetta VR6 with techtonics CB (2.5 SS Borla) that was some ear ringing fun under load... This is one reason I stayed away from the full catback Setup, wanted a civilized tone in cabin at the expense of perf. My current setup has virtually zero drone under any condition.
Performance: Un-flashed, felt gains, especially in upper rpm's range made for better highway driving. Once Flashed the car is working awesome, seems like the exhaust has helped and car sounds even better imo. I may get a DP at some point (SuperSprint) but I am saving for FX03 and injectors first. The HP numbers they post seem about right to me, nothing crazy.
Fit and Finish: No frills, mufflers and tips are polished but the rest isn't. The 4 inch rolled tips are perfect don't stick out nearly flush with bumper, look better than my old 1304's (IMO). I did have a hanger come un-welded, but it has held up overall nicely with no rattling or adjusting needed which is what I wanted. Plus with all the Magnaflow Dealers I feel like the warranty may actually be worth something.
