Best to Worst, Rate These SoCal Dealers on Service. (Put #s in subject, comments in body) edited
1) Keyes - Van Nuys
2) Beverly Hills Audi - but isn't their service location really in Santa Monica???
3) Audi of Downtown LA
4) McKenna - Norwalk
and last but not least. . . . I just saw a listing for <b>5) Walter's Audi in Riverside</b>. . . it's a haul, of course, but I have family out there. Dunnow how long Walter's has had an Audi Franchise but they used to be Mercedes & Porsche only.

I was sure a little <img src="https://forums.audiworld.com/pics/pic.gif"> icon would help me get SOME meaningful responses. . . but nooooo. . . mebbe I shoulda posted on AWOT. . . . . .

altho i live by usc, i prefer beverly hills...more customers (slower), but i got a rental Maxima!
Not as personal of customer service as Downtown LA, but I think it would be easier to hold BH Audi accountable for their work since I highly doubt they have room to F up too often... just my opinion tho.
Beverly Hills did "lose" my car for a good 20 min. **** the hell outa me as I waited...haha, but the nice porsches' kept me entertained.

Been very happy with Keyes Audi but...
...someone here was turned away from an oil change because he was lowered too much. I have a 30K service coming Wednesday so I'll post what the results are with Neuspeed Sport springs and exhaust.
