Alright so i managed to get the headlights in.
though i ran into 2 problems
passenger side cable to short, but i managed to get it connected by redirecting it a bit.
xenon works, but led bulb is blinking on both passenger side and driver side.
and when i connected the driver side and started the car to test if it was working.
i turned the car off but it would not lock anymore for some reason.
but it would again after i put the contact back on and tried again when putting contact back off.
any ideas what this might be?
might be helpfull my led bulbs had the pins wrong compared to my plug
so i was told to vile of a bit of one pin.

I think the bulbs will blink if your resistor or Load Equalizer is incorrectly installed.
I don't think the door locking has anything to do with the ecode/led installation. Are you sure all your doors/hood/trunk was closed? I don't think the car will lock if you leave one of these open.

the hood was open maybe that was it, but its odd the car closed after the ignition was turned on and off

This writeup is the one I used when installing mine. Piece of cake. Eddie Man did a great job with this one. Plus it has pics!
Just make sure you position the LE's somewhere where they will not melt anything. They get VERY hot very quickly. You'll find out.
I originally did the CityLED mod using load equalizers, but now I prefer the use of resistors. I went with resistors because you can put them in the headlight housing without worrying about melting anything (they run much cooler than the LE's). See next post for links.

Eddie Man's CityLED writeup

for the resistor i use a wire tap on each city light socket cable then connect the resistor to those 2 taps.
for the equalizers i use a wire tap on the ground cable and the city light cable from the plug going to the headlight then connect the equalizers to the taps

If you tap inside one wire is ground and the other positive.
If you tap outside one wire is ground and the other positive.
If you drew a diagram of what you are doing it should be quite clear.
