Does anyone get these black marks on their rear bumper? I think it comes from some substance in the cracks of the trunk that run down and onto the bumper. Any idea how to get these marks out?

if it's just residue from runoff, try P21S paint cleaner after you've washed

If it is, I found Goo Gone and a soft, clean rag (and clean bumper - do it after washing the car so other dirt doesn't cause scratches) removes Cosmoline fairly well.

This could be something else though, in which case, use paint cleaner as suggested below.
