well i been pretty busy and pretty much slacking, so heres an update. As most of you know, car was towed to dealer on 29th of Dec after heard a loud pop and stall. CEL was on for 2 days prior. Keep in mind I've never had any issue with this car and it was in for 20k service on the 27th, Sat , broke on the 28th sun, and was towed one the 29th . hybrid BOV/Dv had been off for a about a week since 20 k was coming up, car has NS chip. the Dealer determined IC had split and was on back order. got car back on Monday Jan 19th (new IC)and only drove it home but CEL came on, Had to leave for business trip till Sat 24, so car sat. Drove car back to dealer on 24th Car had only gone home-22 miles and back 22 miles., no power after 4500, and rich dark smoke from tailpipes under WOT, Solid CEL. Car also used a 1/4 tank to go the 22 miles. Got a 04 a4 loaner. 8 days later Still no call from dealer with diagnosis, Service rep thinks turbo unit make be culprit.
