My car is in for some accident damage right now. The horns stopped working shortly after the accident. The body shop ordered new horns. 1st try - both non-funtioning out of the box. 2nd try - 1 works, the other doesn't. Awaiting arrival of a replacement horn for the 3rd go around. Dealer is accusing the body shop of muffing them up. The parts guy says he can work the horns no problem when they are returned. Body shop thinks he's yanking them around. They said if they knew it was going to be this much trouble they would have thrown an aftermarket horn on the car. I don't blame them.
