Well i my insurace took my carinto an authorized audi body shop a month ago to fix the car after an accident. I just got it back today but the car seems to barely accelerate. It feels like the turbo isnt kicken in around the 2200 rpm and the car sounds much louder and makes a hissing noise when accelerating. Im going to call the shop tommorow so does anyone have any advice. Is it possible that they took the turbo out of my car? I remembered it to be under the black air box but i dont think i see it there anymore. What do I say to the body shop. Sorry i dont know too much aobut cars and even less about body shop liablities and what not. Thanks for the help

When they are in with the insurance company, they cut all the corners possible.
The biggest misconceptions are that people have to take it to an 'authorized' body shop. This is simply not true. Your insurance may tell you this, but regardless, they are only trying to save money.
A good independent body shop works as a consumer advocate. They deal ENTIRELY with the insurance company (why? because they know how to) on your behalf. They get the funds needed to properly restore the car to pre-loss condition. If they need an addendum to the settlement, they get it.
My good friend owns a body shop here in north jersey... take a read through his site... you may find some info you did not know.

C&D Auto Body - Consumer Advocates
