Also, I have chrome frame S4 Grills that I will have on in the Spring, Summer and Fall. I have the blockout grills so I can keep my chrome frame grills from getting pitted and trashed during the winter.

You like your intake more than your exhaust? I vote for your exhaust.
That think is just sweet. That mod is next on my list (before new wheels if you can image Mr. "Show mod" going for a "Go" mod.

I felt more of a power difference with the intake than the exhaust, I think...
But then maybe it's the combination of both that makes the difference I feel instead of just the intake :P
