Should be covered under warranty. I had all pads and rotors replaced at 20K...
I had a slight vibration when braking that I reported at 20K. Dealer replaced all rotors and pads without questions. Gotta love the warranty!

Has the low pad light come on ? If not, you may just have glazed
pads or they are a little loose in the caliper - which causes them to vibrate at a high frequency which we hear as a squeal. Try a few hard stops. If that doesn't do it, have the dealer put anti-squeal on the backs of the pads.
