Default Which 2 are bad?

Ideal situation, change all 4.

This way you know all 4 sets of pads are same-same.

Default How much pad material is left on the fronts?

Normally the rear pads last 2-3 times longer than the front pads...

Default I've burned through 2 sets of rear pads...

and only one set up front. So, who knows. Someone told me the rear pads are softer than the front pads?

Ha, I thought you meant changing only the inner pads...which I've done if I have some decent used.
