Check the rotors for even wear and you may even want to have them turned. If they are pretty worn pick up new OEM sized rotors to go all around.
get some decent pads, hawk hps or something equivelent is good for the street.
You will need the brake tool to depress the piston back in when you go to put the new pads in. You can get the tool as a free rental from pep boys or one of those places.
While you are at it you should bleed the lines. Personally i like using the Motiv Powerbleeder.
If you do this and go properly bed your pads you should be good to go. Process will take 2-4hrs depending to complete all 4 corners.
Oh and you may want to get a rubber mallet as the rotors can be kind of stubborn to get off if they have been on there for a while.
