Brakes squealing: Anyone know a fix? Car has less than 5k miles and they just started.

According to Audi it is normal. They even have a pamplet for it.
Mine squealed for a while but eventually went away. Give it some time. Audi won't do anything. They just handed me the pamplet.

I know driving a brand new car and every stop the brakes scream
and everyone looks at you! I hated it. Maybe try some hard braking. Not excessive but some hard braking to wear down the pad a little. I know when mine were sqealing I would get mad and brake real hard. The squeal eventually went away. I have nothing else to offer for a solution. I hope it goes away fast for you though.

That's exactly what I'm doing. After some hard stops it goes away...
but it's a little awkward going down my street and slamming on the brakes then sticking my head out the window and listening....repeatedly ; )
