I've had Silvy since Aug. 20th. I've only put 140 miles on her till yesterday basically because I'm following Ben Slosser's Break-in guide (I welcome any comments here!) I did the hard throttle at low rpms a few times during the first 100 miles as suggested. After the 100-mile barrier I start the 200 rpm add-on peak as mentioned and I did notice the engine noise the first couple of runs then it would quite down the next time I hit the peak... Sounds like Ben knows what he was saying eh...?

Anyway, I decided to go for a longer drive with my family yesterday to open her up just a tad bit more. We went from East Brunswick, NJ to Norwalk, CT, a good 90-mile drive through I-95. I did all the suggestions in the break-in guide and every mile I put on her the grin on my face grows bigger. Man, this thing is awesome! I would stretch her up a bit to bring her up to her new peak and she just obliged to my every input. My wife had to wipe up my mouth 'cuz I was just drooling over her. I'd let her rest for awhile doing low rpm runs then after 20 minutes I'd run her up again to a new peak for like 2 minutes. I hope I'm doing it right...

Let me tell you people, we have an awesome machine here! Silvy rocks! I slept with a wide grin on my face...
