After having used the Yellow hi tech, I reccomend Meguiar's Gold Class paste.

Twice a year cleaning with Meguiar's paint cleaner ( not the cleaner wax ),
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/3127/hoodetail.jpg"></center><p>one coat Meguiar's polish, two coats of One Grand Omega Glaze each time, one coat of One Grand Blitz.
Wax monthly in between with The Wax Shop Super Glaze ( wax really ).
Carnuba is very shiny, but the shine doesn't last. It starts out with a pyramidal crystaline structure that gets flattened by polishing. Heat causes the crystal to "pop" back into shape, causing a rough surface in a short time. It does stick well to the paint though.
Materials like towels and weather conditions also very important.
Here is what happens after 227,000 miles and 14 years when you adhere to the above schedule:-) Only garaged 50% of the time.
