Brought my car in for a 5k Oil Change and got a huge dent in my car

I brought my car in for a 5k oil change at Fletcher Jones Audi of Chicago. I thought they did a pretty good job cause they were professional and returned my car in a prompt manner. I drove my car home and did a quick inspection and found a huge dent above the front driver side wheel. The entire panel is pushed in leave the wheel totally exposed (picture coming soon). I immediately called the service manager to complain and he said he would contact me tomorrow to resolve this issue. I can't believe this happened.

Assuming they're a decent dealer, they'll fix it.

Fletcher Jones SUCKS!!! make sure you get them to pay for & repair the damage

I've already written up a letter to AOA to complain about this. . . this is unacceptable

Always have someone inspect your car with you before and after service.....

But sorry to hear that. Hopefully they are good about taking care of matters like that. What really irritates me is that someone there does that and they act like it never happened- never mentioning it.
