the same as the sedan, except base price is $1000 higher in each permutation.

i'm in the works of closing a deal for the following:

Heated seats
trade-in: '02 Maxima - LITERALLY FULLY LOADED
5,300 miles
are the numbers on Edmunds a useful guide in determining the price i should negoitiate for?
Edmunds' TMW figures out to be $30,600 for the Audi.
Also, since i'm getting a '02 (not '03), would there be more room to negoitate?
i assume A4's are not too hot right now, & don't think they would press me to pay msrp!

Much will depend on inventory in your area. If there are few cars and the combo you want is hot, then you might pay a little more than if you chose a combo of which there are a few examples still around.
