Hello everyone, new to this forum and very excited about my purchase this next weekend. I am allready researching ECU tuning and programming flashes to get more power. I am open to all advice and comments as I look for tuning options. I obviously will start with air filter and ECU with possibly injector upgrades. Let the comments and advice begin...

Thanks for the quick response. It seems that software is the biggest bang next to a better turbo. Who offers the best software upgrade and what kind of HP gains should I expect? What are your experiences with your software upgrade from MTM and what's their wedsite info?

There are several reliable softare tuners:
APR (goapr.com)
GIAC (www.giacusa.com)
Revo (www.revotechnik.com)
Go with the software whose dealer is closest to you in case you need support later on.
MTM is a bit more rare and a lot more expensive generally. Contact Hoppen (www.hoppenmotorsport.com). I chose to go with MTM because I consider it one of the more reliable setups (imo).
All stage 1 setups (software upgrade) have about the same power levels. I'd suggest going directly to the stage 1+ setup (software + upgraded injectors). You'll also want an intercooler upgrade (DSMIC or FMIC), an exhaust upgrade and ideally a clutch upgrade. All those things are not needed, but are highly recommended.
