might be overkill, unless you plan on using a smaller pulley, headers, cat-delete, etc. to bump up torque and HP... buy hey, better safe than sorry is always a wise approach.

I just bougth an 04 3.0 cab. The guy i bought from just aquired an 05 3.0 Cab Blk. w / vanilla seats... very sharp...abokt 52 k miles.I'll bet you could buy for around $21 - $23 K !!

I appreciate suggestion, not interested in a cab, kids are still in booster seats, and I would worry about roll over protection. If I wanted a 1.8T, this seems like a great price, just not a manual.
