Default I spent CAD$4.55 for a pair of the dual-filament bulbs made by GE
We're talking about very cheap and basic bulbs here. While there are different brands, quality differences would be quite minimal, in my opinion.

Back up to a wall (preferably at night) and using your rear view mirror check which light is out, i.e. stop or brake light then go to a store as A4jared suggests.
