Having seen 2 B7's up close and personal this week I figured out what was annoying me about the front of the B7 and that is that the trapazoidal grill gives the car a more vertical/taller look. Combine that with the non-sport suspension and you have what is, in my opinion, an odd looking car when it is coming at you.
Now when I see this with the lower valence accents placed under the fog lamps I start to feel like the car is grounded a bit more and that there is less visual emphasis placed on the large grill.
Certianly a step in the right direction.

what if its because people complained in 02-03 about the car being too low or too stiff...
obviously i dont know for sure, but id hate to think out of nowhere they'd just raise the cars there had to be a reason
