Cam chain tensioner
My cam chain is loose. It makes a rattling noise when the car heats up. Is it still ok to drive the car + where can i get a cam chain tensioner and the kit

Pull the valve cover and inspect it before you buy anything
there is a chance the oil ports are clogged, you really need to check and make sure you don't have sludge problems.
there is no reason that it should loosen up unless it wore out or clogged up.
either one you need to figure out how to really fix it.

Yeh your right it was not the cam chain tensioner, the mechanic pulled off the rocket cover but we still dont know where the sound is coming from. It only rattles when the engine is hot. It takes about 5 mins of driving then the rattling noise appears. What should we check and where to check it.

hmmm.. rattle after 5 minutes of running.. thats strange
they usually rattle till the oil thins enough to get past all the clogs.
got any pics of what it looked like in there.
Really hard to say where to start without actually seeing it or hearing it for myself.
