It never completely failed but it started making a squeaking noise that could be heard inside or outside the car when @ idle. I took it in to the dealer, they confirmed it was the fuel pump and replaced it.

Sadly I think the sarcasm would be lost that way.

Default About the pull to the right.

All roads are built with a high center line to increase water run-off to the side(or to the right of center). I notice in any car with a very correct alignment and hard rubber that on a well graded road there is a little "pull" to the right. Could this be your situation?

Default Well I can take freeway offramps by letting go of the wheel.

So I guess there is an upside. Every time I take it in to be aligned, the dealer finds it to be out of spec. so they adjust it. Still pulls right.
I am familiar with the "crown" of the road for drainage purposes, but, I assure you this is more severe.

Default i'm another feul pump victim. in fact my part was on backorder and just came in. Here's symptoms..

when the car is started and on, you should hear a noise like what audibandit said -- inside and out. on my car, its a constant sound that only goes away when the engine is off. kind of like a "woo" sounds, very annoying and quite loud at times. definitely very noticeable. at first i thought i had a leak in my exhaust or something. my dealer said another lady who had 40K on her car also had the same problem. my occurred at 30K
