Default Simple Green. Formula 409.
Any good surface cleaner does the trick for me. It's all the road oils, waxes, crud that builds up as a film. Plain ETOH is not enough.

I think they got tired of replacing wipers. They had a bunch of brochures in the service waiting room. Send in a coupon and get a free kit.
