Default Can the Brake rotors be resurfaced '02 A4 Quattro

I had a slight vibration in the steering wheel when I brake. I plan to resurface the rotors (rotor measures .970) I checked online and I am able to get brembo rotors for about the same as dealer rotors. The pads I will replace with PAGID (oem) pads. My question is can the rotors be resurfaced????

Default Not sure, but supposedly on our cars replacement of the rotors is advised.

Check www.ecstuning.com for brake parts.

Default I replaced mine with Zimmermann cross drilled rotors.

They look awesome and are very high quality.
