Can a county/town police pull me over on the Parkways? or visa versa (m)

yep.. as long as it is within their region.
a local cop can patrol the interstate that runs through the town he is a cop in. state police here in jersey patrol smaller towns that have small police forces.

It's true, My brother has been through many positions on the force here, currently sitting at
seargant. He has told me how it works. It's not common or anything, but you can pull someone over for something, but you have to go to court over it.

But town cops VERY rarely wonder out onto the highway
I never see the locals cops on 80 or anything
But I see troopers everywhere (I'm about 10 minutes from the Barracks on 206, I wanna say J maybe?)
