Can factory-painted bumpers be ordered? Where?

But the factory can't match it either
unless it was painted at exactly the same time as your car with exactly the same batch of paint.
Good body shops are supposed to be able to match any color paint, in any condition. That's their job after all.

I had already a crash with my car....
and can tell you that I went to a bodyshop that belong's to a dealer. As for the match of the paint I can't see any diference, they did a really good job. Maybe you should try some independent bodyshop with good recommendation or look what cars they are dealing with.
