Can I go 19" x 9 all around? Is it too wide for the front?

If you run the right offset along with tires that strecth it could be done
I don't know what that offset would be though. And I'm guessing you would be asking about a multi-piece wheel. Cause if so you could get the right offset with the right dish size and back part of the rim.

tire width is more important than wheel width when sizing ...
if you get the offset right, 19x8.5 and 19x9 are basically the same with a 235 tire. but why do the 19x9? all you'd be doing is adding extra weight. the only reason to do 19x9 is to do 245/35, but then your rolling diameter is too far off. you could do 245/30, but i don't think it exists.
