i dont want to use string or floss because i have the black color and it scratches very sensitively. i was wondering if there was another way and how do i remove the sticky stuff once its off? thanks in advance.

Your black car is going to get mild surface scratches all over it no matter what you do... Use glaze before you wax and it will hide that stuff.
Unfortunately, to remove the glue, its going to take some solvent (like goo-gone) and some careful fingernail work.
Just go slow, and polish it up when you are done.
