Car bucks and jerks when accelerating
Just wanted to get some opinions on this new issue my A4 is having. Heres the details of my car:
-2005 A4 B6 Quattro
-137,000 miles
-Stage 1 chip
-All the ignition coils are swapped
-Throttle body was just replaced
So basically when Im going easy on it, everything is fine. Its when I get on the throttle that it kind of bucks or surges.Usually right around 4k rpm.Asking around some people mentioned fuel filter but that seems too easy, given my issues with this car in the past. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This is crazy I came on here to ask about the SAME issue. I have a 02 a4 1.8t quattro manual.
Code I got was P0300 (random misfire) I assume the other guy is getting the same code. But like he said if the car is babied it runs smooth

aland1782 and icy_m, do an advanced search using "P0300" as the "keyword" then select 'A4 (B6 Platform) Discussion' in the 'Search in Forum' section, then hit 'Search Now'.
You should end up with about 4 pages of similar problems with resolutions in some, if not many. It will give you an idea of what to check/change.
Good Luck to both of you!
