I have always used the Mother's 3 step waxing process (prewax cleaner, glaze and seal, then pure carnuba wax) with great satisfaction over the past 10 years. However, I am intrigued by McGuire's Gold (polymer wax) -- they claim it to produce the best shine of any wax they have created. I don't know if I should experiment with a polymer wax or stick with ol' carnuba. Has anyone used this wax and what are your opinions?
Thanks for your input.

The dust/dirt that accumulates during that time (even if you don't drive it) can cause a lot of scratching when you go to wax.

Based on my experience
Mothers, Mcguire's produce equal results. Ive used Mcguires high tech yellow paste wax on my nice cars, until i found Blitz by 1 Grand. Goes on super easy, basically falls off when buffing. Very nice application. From what i hear, good durability as well. Stick with non polymer wax in my opinion. Everything i've heard about these types has a negative associated in one way or another. Try the Blitz!
