CD changer placement for 2002.5 A4Q Sedan (B6) and Submarine Antenna q's
I just recently added RNS-E to my A4 Sedan (B6). I bought a cd changer unit and the XM tuner along with a bracket. Where the heck does and how does this mount??? Any help appreciated.
This is the bracket I got:

Second, On the antenna, I got the 8e5 035 503-f-gru one. What connectors go where?
Thick brown wire with maroon fakra, white with white, blue with blue and black with black. Those are the ones I have.
Third, how far forward do you drill the hole?

I am hoping it does NOT go there. I thought it goes in the rear of the vehicle!!!! If it does I need longer satellite cables 
Everyone I talked to at the dealer told me it goes in the left rear of the trunk...

Mine is totally different. Look at the EBAY link in my first post. That shows the changer I have,

even though thats an A6 bracket.....
it might fit on the left side of trunk behind the door (I don't know how else to describe it). what cd changer do you have? Where did you get the RNS-E?

The guy listed it as an a4 bracket.
The RNS E came from a friend of mine who was over in Germany. Hand delivered one back to me.
The changer i have is as pictured in that ebay link
with the 13 pin din

B6 always had a glovebox CD changer, never one in the trunk
You may be able to get a custom harness that connects the A6 changer to the RNS-E but it's not guaranteed to work. I doubt that the A6 bracket will fit in a B6, much less space there. For the antenna, maroon is GSM, blue is GPS and white/black is SAT.
