CD Error 3 problem

Thanks for the help, I will take it in Next Friday......
The dealer has some nerve. When ever I go for service I tell them not to wash the car. The service rep asks me everytime "your still going to give us a 5 star rateing eventhough we are not washing the car right?" How low is that, the nerve of them to ask that. The service place I go to gives out Enterprise rentals no loaners. They suck

I had the same problem... They replaced the whole unit..
There is no reason why a burned CD will do that to the player... Error 3 is a mechanical failure on the changer. Nothing to do with burned CDs. Tell your dealer to that he's a f'ing a-hole.
