first time i've had one since i had the car. it has 17k miles on it and it got chipped about a month ago. is it a possible overboost that threw the code? the car didn't go into limp mode (not sure what limp mode is, just guessing the car pretty much dies) and it was still boosting. i checked my fluids, everything was normal. any ideas? i know it could be any number of things, but would overboosting throw the code? the car drives normally...

I have APR stage 1 93oct. and my mil codes have indicated a poss. vacuum leak. Never had seen a code for an overboost condition that I know of. Do you know anyone with a VAG-COM?
