I changed my a4 windshield wiper transmission and now the windshield wipers stop 1/2 way on the windshield in the park position. The wipers work though except for that problem. Did I not reinstall the transmission and motor combo correctly? It seems that something is off angle wise, adjustment of transmission, or motor or something. Could it be that when I installed the linkage the wiper system wasn't in park. Now when I look at the system without the wipers attached, I can see that the system isn't in the part position when I switch the control to the off position. The mechanism is facing the driver side as opposed to the passenger. How can I fix his?
