Chip ?
I tried reading the FAQ's on Chip ideas and they were more confusing than helpful. My question is what would a very reliable, non-voiding warantee chip cost me and what would be the incresed HP be?

There is no such thing as a non-voiding warranty chip.
If you make any modification to the ECU (via a chip), and the dealership can prove that the modification caused a malfunction, your engine warranty will be void.

All of them claim to be reliable and in the past they have proven to be so. It might void your....
warranty if you have an issue relating to the chip. No such thing as a factory authorized chip in the USA.
