warranty transfer. and by withhold that pertinent information, you can invalidate the contract and risk being sued. however, i'd stress the positive point of selling a chipped car... let them know how much it cost... and what kind of care and work you had to put into the car. bring up other mods to suggests the car's value is higher than what you are selling it for... imho (plus, it's a crappy thing to do by not telling the truth of the matter in the first place)
